Food and nutrition are essential to a healthy lifestyle and to support sporting related activities.  Trained to level 3 in Sports Nutrition, I tailor programmes to help clients:

- improve energy and mood 

- focus on a balanced, colourful 'rainbow diet'

- lose weight and/or add muscle 

- build tailored programmes to complement dietary requirements and preferences
