Trained to level 3 and having been a PT since 2006, I've seen it all and love to help my clients in the following ways:

- strength training
- sport-specific programmes to improve their strength, stamina and overall game
- tailored personal programmes
- nutritional advice
- age-appropriate programmes; I work with everyone, from youths with promising sporting careers, right up to older clients in care homes looking to keep their mobility
